Information Sharing Mission

The Standards Coordinating Council, supported by the Program Manager for the Information Sharing Environment under the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, is an advisory group composed of industry consortium and standards development organizations that provides advice and counsel on matters related to information sharing standards and interoperability best practices. These standards and tools help counterterrorism, law enforcement, first-responders, and other organizations seamlessly share information with each other when collaborating to protect the safety, health, and security of the American people.
